workouts 3/16-3/22/20

Week 3 of the 3’s and we are sticking to the weightlifting theme. Given the current pandemic we are taking the proper precautions with the recommendations from the CDC. I ask that we start spacing out classes and utilizing the morning classes, 5pm, and 7pm more if possible to keep our class sizes smaller.
