workouts 4/13-4/19/20

Week 7 of the 3’s and we’ll take our step down this week to 3×3 then ramp back up next week. Got some lunges back in the strength this week. Also we will do our thrusters in metcon this week. Should be a fun time. If you got a back pack there will be some fun workouts for that this week too!
