workouts 5/17-5/23/21

Week 5 of the strength cycle and we are returning to the 3 rep range for squats and the 2 rep range for weightlifting! I’m glad and also tired of doing triples. Got some more fun bench press work in the week to give everyone another crack at the dumbbells but all in all pretty classic week.
