Test week! Got a fun line up of workouts and tests going on for this week as well as some intense conditioning pieces. Remember not sacrifice form too much to reach for a personal best. Also note that if you are still new to the lifts doing 5-6 heavy singles is a better route that way  you’re following along but still working your foundations
